Saturday 11th February 2012 - Porto Carol and Alun will be in Porto (HF Tuela Porto).

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

8.30am – 9.30am         Registration

9.30am – 10.45am        Workshop – Relapse Prevention

11am – 12.15pm           Group therapy session

12.15pm – 1pm             1:1 counselling sessions

1 pm – 2pm                   Lunch break (eat at local cafes, restaurants*)

2pm – 2.45pm               Workshop – Mood altering in recovery

3.15pm – 4.15pm           Group therapy session

4.15pm                          Serenity Prayer to close

4.15pm – 5pm                1:1 counselling sessions

* Lunch is not provided but there are cafes and restaurants nearby where you can have lunch.

There will be a charge of 50euros for the day.
