Dave & Tracy Mott
We both find it very rewarding when we see the change in others, We work with an excellent and diverse team and we believe that Western Counselling offers a unique approach to addiction treatment and recovery. Dave has been employed by Western Counselling since 2008, initially as a Counsellor, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily service delivery.

Debbie
Debbie has worked at Western Counselling for over 6 years and is our first point of contact for both funders and service users.
Debbie will discuss your needs and gather all relevant information to process your application. This enables the team to develop a care plan that will meet your individual requirements.
Deputy Manager, Medical Liason Manager
Mark
Mark has worked at Western Counselling for over 10 years, he currently serves as our medical liaison manager, overseeing the medical aspects of our service and facilitating the link between ourselves and other healthcare services for our clients, including GP, Dental and other specialist services.
Lead Counsellor
Sarah
Sarah has worked at Western Counselling for over 3 years and is a qualified Counsellor and Coach. She has a BSc in Forensic Psychology and an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Coaching. She is also a registered member of the BACP. Sarah provides 1 to 1 therapy, group therapy, sets clients goals and provides workshops on a weekly basis.

Leigh
Leigh is in her third year as a Counsellor at Western Counselling. She has a BSc in Counselling and is trained in person-centred Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy. Leigh is a member of the NCPS and provides one to one sessions, group therapy, mindfulness/meditation and delivers Relapse Prevention workshops on a weekly basis.

Stacey manages the support staff team and is responsible for the provision of quality support for day to day living for our residents, she helps ensure that our clients have access to a range of activities to aid their development and comfort as they progress through treatment.

I have worked at Western Counselling for over 18 years and always find it very rewarding to support all of our clients as they progress through the programme.

As a previous service user who started my own recovery with Western Counselling, I take great pride in trying to relate to and identify with our clients in order to best support them in their own journeys. Creating a compassionate and understanding environment as part of a team is my favourite part of my role as a Support Worker, and I enjoy seeing our clients grow and succeed during their time in treatment with us.
